Origin
Some years ago, I was preaching in a taxi. A certain passenger accepted Christ, and we exchanged numbers. A week later I called, but he was hospitalized. I bought fruits and took it to him. Met his wife also and shared again the gospel, and she also accepted the Lord. After praying for them, I left. Two weeks later, I called his number thinking they were back home. The wife answered, unfortunately, she said he was buried last week. I felt electricity went down my body, as the Holy Spirit whispered to my hearing that I was the last hope of salvation He placed on his path. If I had not evangelized him, he would have passed into an eternity of damnation. Instead of rejoicing that he was saved, I was rather troubled wondering how many of such last opportunities have I missed to witness to. Then the Lord told me to train and commission special evangelistic chaplains for hospitals and nursing homes worldwide, to ensure no one dies without given that last chance for salvation. So, this initiative OPEATION LAST HOUR RESCUE was born.
OLHR Vision
To ensure by 2030 if Christ tarries, every hospital and nursing home in every nation of the world will be reached daily, in a way that every sick person in each of them will receive the gospel. Our hope is that there will be 9conversions out of every 10 people reached by our chaplains.

Statistics:
1 Chaplain reaching 12 persons daily for 22 days a month, will resort to 260 persons reached. Then in 12 months (1 year), it will be 3120 persons.
Then, 10,000 chaplains will reach in 1 year 31,200,000 persons.
Evangelism In Hospitals
I was out evangelizing. Reached out to this father to evangelize him aswell, only to realize he is an apostolic father in the faith and has travelled the world for Christ. It became an opportunity for me to sit at his feet to listen to some wisdom of his years of experience in the ministry. He is inviting me for lunch at his house tomorrow, where I will be meeting with a preacher who flew in today from New Zealand. This apostolic father picked up his phone and made one call that opened us to lots of ministerial doors across the Dallas metroplex. This God is Igwe(King).
Training & Commissioning of Chaplains
This training is available for every believer irrespective of their academic and theological levels. It provides the core principles and lessons to effectively reach out to the sick and the elderly in hospitals, hospices, nursing homes (For those without a sound theological background, we will offer them the necessary theological training they will need to be effective). We also organize capacity building seminars for the chaplains regularly.
